Redemption Ticket Dispenser Unit Bowling 

Given the success of the Ticket Redemption installed in the arcades in the Bowling Centers, it was decided to make the players of this sport participate in the Award Operation realized through the redemption. ELMAC has therefore designed and built, since 2005, a UNIVERSAL device, independent of the type of score and machine used, which allows the delivery of a certain number of tickets for each frame played and for each strike created, called WinBowling. At the end of the game the player will then find himself with a certain number of tickets won and will certainly be encouraged to play also on Ticket Redemption to get more valuable prizes. Tickets won are counted by the Mangiaticket Galileo that issues a receipt or loads them on the appropriate Fidelity Card that the player has received from the operator of the venue. The WinBowling consists of a special metal container and is used for each pair of tracks. It contains two ticket dispensers, two mechanical meters, an electric key, a microprocessor card, two red and one green LEDs. Usually it is fixed on the floor or on the control consoles and it is sufficient to pass 2 wires with 6 wires, from the scoreboards to the fixing point of the WinBowling, to carry out the complete installation. - The counters indicate the number of tickets provided for each runway. - The electric key is used to activate (green LED on) or disable WinBowling according to the commercial strategies chosen by the operator (for example, excluding it during tournaments or team training, etc.). - Winnings can be programmed as desired: for example 2 tickets per frame and 10 tickets for each strike. - Red LEDs indicate when the tickets are finished; the capacity is 4000 tickets for each track

The main advantages of this device are: a) Acquisition of new customers for the Award Operation. In fact, usually the bowling players do 2-3 games, they drink a beer and go home, ignoring the other bowling attractions. So, instead, having physically in hand of the tickets, they are intrigued by such novelty and are "forced" to discover the Ticket Redemption department with the relative loyalty to the premises through magnetic cards that allow the collection points b) The ease of installation on all bowling models, regardless of the management software and operating mechanics. c) The final subdivision of the tickets among the players of a single track is a further reason for socializing among them; for example, the boyfriend who gives tickets to his girlfriend, etc. d) Easy exclusion of the delivery of tickets, in the case of tournaments or use of the slopes by professional teams, schools, etc. e) Control of the percentage of tickets generated by the WinBowling and "spent" in the Rewards. In fact, through the Eat-Ticket Galileo PRO and the ELMAC Management Kit it is possible to recognize and store the tickets provided by the WinBowling compared to those distributed by the Ticket Redemption; this is done by providing the WinBowling tickets with a bar code different from the one on the tickets of the Redemption.
